To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit will be required. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable to another reservation.
We will also ask you to provide a valid credit card number to guarantee your booking.

Minimum Stay
A minimum of 3 nights is required for exclusive rental of the Riad (except during special periods).
Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: by 12:00 noon

Cancellations & Modifications
For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
All requests for cancellation or modification must be made by email.

Food & Beverages
For health and hygiene reasons, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the Riad or in the guest rooms.
Our refrigerator is not accessible to guests, except for storing medication or baby food.

Alcohol
In accordance with Moroccan law, please note that we do not sell or serve alcohol at the Riad.

Rooftop
Open from 8:30 am to 1:00 am maximum.
Out of respect for our neighbors, music and naturism are strictly prohibited on the terrace.

Visitors
For your privacy and security, no external visitors are allowed to stay or spend the night at the Riad.
If you wish to receive a friend during your stay, please inform us in advance.
